This post is more than little hard to write. Since I started writing this story I’ve always released at least one chapter a week. That was an ironclad rule I forced myself to obey no matter what. Unfortunately, this week I won’t be able to release anything. I feel terrible about it but that doesn’t change anything. Sorry.
The reason for this is simple. A while back I set the date to hand my second book’s manuscript to my editor in advance. For my first book, since it was my first time, I only contacted them when it was already done. This meant I had to wait months for them to have a opening. Editing a book takes a lot time. Anyway, the point of giving myself this deadline was to force myself to work harder and avoid that waiting period. Unfortunately, I’ve fallen behind and have to focus on finishing my personal book 2 edit. I haven’t had any time to work on my latest chapter. My every spare moment is spent editing so I don’t miss the deadline next week. I should have given myself more time to do the editing but I’m still very inexperienced at all this.
The good news is that after next week I will be able to completely focus on writing web serial chapters. I’m nowhere near the point that I have to worry about editing book 3. This means that soon I will be able to get back to releasing 2 chapters a week. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
